I challenged every discerning observer with a riddle:

What is the name of a woman of Banu al-Najjar?

And mention of her appears in the Book of God,

So the reader seldom overlooks her.

In the account of al-Mahdi, seek her and you will find her,

If you are a reader of chronicles.

She is none other than the feast—a feast of mercy

And blessing, whose lights shine brightly.

A lovely epithet shares her name,

One describing the boughs of the fragrant garden.

So here she is, like the sun at midmorning:

The concealing veils have grown sheer, revealing her.
