أمينَ اللَه ثِق باللَه

أمينَ اللَه ثِق باللَه

تُعطَ العِزَّ والنُّصرَه

تُعطَ العِزَّ والنُّصرَه

O Amīn of God, trust in God;

Trust in Allah, Ameen

You will be granted honor and victory.

You will be given might and victory

كِل الأمرَ الى اللَه

كِل الأمرَ الى اللَه

كلاكَ اللَه ذو القُدره

كلاكَ اللَه ذو القُدره

Entrust the matter to God;

Leave all matters to Allah

May God, possessor of power, protect you.

Allah is most Capable

لنا النصرُ بإذن اللَه

لنا النصرُ بإذن اللَه

والكرةُ لا الفَرَّه

والكرةُ لا الفَرَّه

Victory is ours, by God's leave,

Victory is ours by Allah's will

And the charge, not flight.

And the ball is not empty

وللمراق أعدائك

وللمراق أعدائك

يوم السوءِ والدبرَه

يوم السوءِ والدبرَه

And for the renegades, your enemies,

And for the enemies lying in wait

A day of woe and defeat,

A day of ill omen and loss

وكأسٌ تُورِدُ الموتَ

وكأسٌ تُورِدُ الموتَ

كريهٌ طعمُها مُرَّه

كريهٌ طعمُها مُرَّه

And a cup that leads to death,

A cup that brings death

Foul is its taste; bitter is the cup.

Bitter is its taste

سقونا وسقيناهم

سقونا وسقيناهم

فكانت بهم الحرَّه

فكانت بهم الحرَّه

They gave us drink, and we gave them drink,

We made them drink and they made us drink

So the burning anguish fell upon them.

So they felt the heat

كذاك الحربُ أحياناً

كذاك الحربُ أحياناً

علينا ولنا مَرَّه

علينا ولنا مَرَّه

Such is war: sometimes

Thus is war sometimes

Against us, and sometimes for us.

For us and against us bitter
