    يروي به لحظ عين

    The rose is the finest draught;

    an eye’s gaze is quenched by it.

  2. ونرجس الروض مهما

    صحفته برح بين

    And the garden’s narcissus, whenever

    you alter its dots, becomes the anguish of parting.
