عُرفت شمائلهُ بما أهداه لي
إنindeed الأميرthe prince يبينbecomes apparent منthrough ديوانهِhis collected poems
إن الأمير يبين من ديوانهِ
His qualities were revealed through what he gave me;
indeed, the prince is revealed through his collected poems.
