For these reasons, we have ruled

to award al-Rafi‘i half when we made the division,

The Raafi'i to have half as we divided

ولفؤادٍ بَعد هذا القدِر

ثلاثة واثنان للغضنفري

ثلاثة واثنان للغضنفري

and to Fu’ad, after this share,

And for Fu'ad after this amount

three, and two to al-Ghadanfari.

Three and two for Al-Ghaznafari

ويستحق الشكرَ نورُ الدينِ

ويستحق الشكرَ نورُ الدينِ

وحمزةٌ والسبعُ ذو العرينِ

وحمزةٌ والسبعُ ذو العرينِ

And Nur al-Din deserves thanks,

And gratitude is deserved by Noor ad-Deen

and Hamza, and the lion, lord of the den,

As well as Hamzah and the seven of the lair

والسيدُ الكامل وابن فهمي

والسيدُ الكامل وابن فهمي

أيضاً وعجّلنا نفاذَ الحِكمِ

أيضاً وعجّلنا نفاذَ الحِكمِ

and the accomplished master, and Fahmi’s son,

Also the noble complete one and Son of Understanding

too; and we hastened enforcement of the judgment.

And we hastened the execution of the judgment
