كَذَلِكَ فَصدي إِن سَأَلتُ مَطِيَّتي

كَذَلِكَ فَصدي إِن سَأَلتُ مَطِيَّتي

دَمَ الجَوفِ إِذ كُلُّ الفِصادِ وَخيمُ

دَمَ الجَوفِ إِذ كُلُّ الفِصادِ وَخيمُ

Such is my bloodletting, if I ask my mount

Thus my steed if you ask has trampled the blood of my insides

for blood from its belly, since all bloodletting is grievous.
