بَدَأَbegan المَماتُdeath يَدِبُّcreeps فيamong أَترابيmy peers
بَدَأَ المَماتُ يَدِبُّ في أَترابي
وَبَدَأتُand I began أَعرِفُI know وَحشَةَthe loneliness of الأَحبابِloved ones
وَبَدَأتُ أَعرِفُ وَحشَةَ الأَحبابِ
Death has begun to creep among my peers,
Death has begun to creep into my bones
And I have begun to know the loneliness of losing loved ones.
And I've begun to know the loneliness of loved ones

So go, as the noble ones went before you
