I embrace the one upon the cross—my Savior.

May his heart be tender toward the one who embraces him,

ويَجعلُ نصبَ العين ميقات يونُسٍ

يراقبُهُ أضعافَ شهرٍ يوافقهْ

يراقبُهُ أضعافَ شهرٍ يوافقهْ

and may he keep Jonah’s appointed time before his eyes,

watching for it through many a month that accords with it.
