I do not like the human who bows to injustice

And is content with trivial desires

Indeed alive, he fears to touch the light

Like a dead man in the darkness of shrouds

And a life whose prudence has been prolonged

Is not equal in glory to a few moments

The brave one to me is he who sings

While tears are in the eyelids
