فَلَو أَنّي أُطِعتُ لَكانَ حَدّي

فَلَو أَنّي أُطِعتُ لَكانَ حَدّي

بِأَهلِ المَرخَتَينِ إِلى دُفاقِ

بِأَهلِ المَرخَتَينِ إِلى دُفاقِ

So, had I been obeyed, my might would have been directed

If I were obeyed, my rule would reach

against the people of al-Markhatayn, as far as Dufaq.
