وَلَما نَأَت عَنا العَشيرَة كُلها

وَلَما نَأَت عَنا العَشيرَة كُلها

نَزَلنا فَحالَفنا السيوف عَلى الدَّهرِ

And when the whole clan had gone far from us,

When all the tribe had left us to ourselves,

We encamped, then allied ourselves with the swords against Time.

We drew our swords and swore an oath to Time:
