مَنَعَّمٌ يَقْتَضِي عِشْقاً بِلَحْظَتِهِ
Life is wine he offers with his palm—
Life is but a fleeting comfort enjoyed at leisure
A pampered man whose glance demands love.
By the carefree whose love a glance ignites

As though its color came from the color of his cheek,
Her cheek's blush as though from the hue of his garden
And its saliva's taste from the taste of his saliva.
The sweetness of her mouth from the taste of his lips

If Time permits a life according to one's desire,
If fate grants life its desires for but a moment
Then enjoy its heedlessness before it takes notice.
Revel carefree in the heart’s passions, before the mind’s wisdom arrives
