إِنَّ   لِلَّهِ   عَلَينا   نِعَماً

إِنَّ لِلَّهِ عَلَينا نِعَماً

وَلِأَيدينا عَلى الناسِ نِعَم

وَلِأَيدينا عَلى الناسِ نِعَم

Indeed, God has bestowed blessings upon us,

And our hands have bestowed favors upon others.

فَلَنا الفَضلُ عَلَيهِم بِالَّذي

فَلَنا الفَضلُ عَلَيهِم بِالَّذي

صَنَعَ اللَهُ فَمَن شاءَ رَغَم

صَنَعَ اللَهُ فَمَن شاءَ رَغَم

So ours is preeminence over them through what

God has wrought; let whoever wishes be humbled.

دونَنا في الناسِ مَسعىً واسِعٌ

دونَنا في الناسِ مَسعىً واسِعٌ

لا يُدانينا وَفي الناسِ كَرَم

لا يُدانينا وَفي الناسِ كَرَم

Below us, among men, lies a vast field of striving,

Which cannot approach us, though there is nobility among men.

فَفَضَلناهُم بِعِزٍّ باذِخٍ

فَفَضَلناهُم بِعِزٍّ باذِخٍ

ثابِتٍ الأَصلِ عَزيزِ المُدَّعَم

ثابِتٍ الأَصلِ عَزيزِ المُدَّعَم

So we surpassed them with towering might,

Firm-rooted and mighty in its support.
