إِنّي أُقَيِّدُ بِالمَأثورِ راحِلَتي

إِنّي أُقَيِّدُ بِالمَأثورِ راحِلَتي

وَلا أُبالي وَلَو كُنّا عَلى سَفَرِ

وَلا أُبالي وَلَو كُنّا عَلى سَفَرِ

Indeed, I tether my riding camel with the patterned sword,

I tether my mount with tradition

And I do not care, even if we are on a journey.

And care not though we be on a journey
