My blanket is the guest’s blanket, and the house is his house.
My blanket is the blanket of the guest and the house is his house
And no veiled gazelle has distracted me from him.
And no veiled gazelle has distracted me from him
أُحَدِّثُهُI converse with him إِنَّindeed الحَديثَconversation مِنpart of القِرىhospitality

وَتَكلَأُ عَيني عَينَهُ حينَ يَهجَعُ
I converse with him; indeed, conversation is part of hospitality.
I talk to him that talk is from the villages
And my eye guards his eye when he sleeps.
And my eye meets his eye when he lies down
