مَواقِدُ نيرانِهِم قِرَّةٌ

مَواقِدُ نيرانِهِم قِرَّةٌ

وَسِربالُ طاهيهِمُ أَبيَضُ

وَسِربالُ طاهيهِمُ أَبيَضُ

The hearths of their fires are cold,

Their fires are blazing bright

and their cook's tunic is white.

In robes of purest white

إِذا حُرِّكوا لِلمَساعي أَبوا

إِذا حُرِّكوا لِلمَساعي أَبوا

وَإِن أُنزِلوا دارَ ضَيمٍ رَضوا

وَإِن أُنزِلوا دارَ ضَيمٍ رَضوا

When roused to noble deeds, they refuse;

If stirred for noble deed

and if lodged in an abode of humiliation, they are content.
