لا ذَنْبَ عِنْدِي لِلَيتي

لا ذَنْبَ عِنْدِي لِلَيتي

مِ إذا نَحَتْ بِهِ المَطَالِبْ

مِ إذا نَحَتْ بِهِ المَطَالِبْ

I hold the orphan blameless

when needs drive him.

الذَّنْبُ ذَنْبي غَيرَ أَنَّ

الذَّنْبُ ذَنْبي غَيرَ أَنَّ

ي مِنهُ مُعْتَذِرٌ وَتَائِبْ

ي مِنهُ مُعْتَذِرٌ وَتَائِبْ

The fault is mine, except that

I apologize for it and repent.
