حَاشَاكَ تَرْضَى لِلرَّجَا

حَاشَاكَ تَرْضَى لِلرَّجَا

ءِ خَلْوَةً مِن فَائدَه

ءِ خَلْوَةً مِن فَائدَه

Far be it from you to let hope

You shouldn't be satisfied with futile hope,

remain empty of benefit.

Or solitude without benefit,

لا الأَنْزَروَُ ت بهِ بَعَث

لا الأَنْزَروَُ ت بهِ بَعَث

تَ وَلا دُعاءَ الوالِدَه

تَ وَلا دُعاءَ الوالِدَه

You sent neither anzarut with it

Neither youthful vigor has awakened you,

nor the mother's prayer.

Nor a mother's prayer.
