تَأنّ للظَّالِمِ واصْبِرْ لهُ

تَأنّ للظَّالِمِ واصْبِرْ لهُ

وَدَعْهُ فالدَّهْرُ لَهُ ثَايُرُه

وَدَعْهُ فالدَّهْرُ لَهُ ثَايُرُه

Be patient with the oppressor, and bear with him.

Wait for the unjust and be patient with him

And leave him be, for time will take vengeance on him.

And leave him for time has its vengeance

وَإنْ تكُنْ دُنياهُ أَمْلَتْ لهُ

وَإنْ تكُنْ دُنياهُ أَمْلَتْ لهُ

فَلَمْ تُكُنْ دُنيا بِلا آخِرَه

فَلَمْ تُكُنْ دُنيا بِلا آخِرَه

And even if his worldly life has granted him respite,

And if his life has spread for him

There has never been a worldly life without a hereafter.

It was never a life without an end
