وَتَجلَّى جَبِينُها في دُجَى اللَّيْ

وَتَجلَّى جَبِينُها في دُجَى اللَّيْ

لِ فخِلناهُ مِن سَنَاهُ نَهارا

لِ فخِلناهُ مِن سَنَاهُ نَهارا

And her brow shone forth in the darkness of night,

Her forehead appeared in the darkness of night

so from its radiance we thought it day.

So we left him from his beloved during the day

فَبِهذا مَن حَار قَد أَرشَدَتْهُ

فَبِهذا مَن حَار قَد أَرشَدَتْهُ

وَبِهَذا مَن أَرشَدَتْهُ حَارا

وَبِهَذا مَن أَرشَدَتْهُ حَارا

So by this she has indeed guided whoever was bewildered,

With this, whoever was lost you have guided

and by this whoever she guided became bewildered.

And with this, whoever you guided became lost
