مَنْwhoever تحلَّىadorns himself بغيرwith other than ماwhat هوit is فيهin him
مَنْ تحلَّى بغير ما هو فيه
كذَّبتهbelies him شواهدproofs الإمتحانِthe trial
كذَّبته شواهد الإمتحانِ
Whoever adorns himself with qualities he does not possess
Is belied by the evidence of trial.
