كتبتُ إِليكَ ما إِنْ أُغبُّهُما

من السَّيْرِ العنيفِ
I wrote to you, never granting the two of them respite
I wrote to you, giving neither of the two a day's respite
from harsh and punishing travel.

فإنso if رُمْتَyou wish الجوابَthe reply إِليَّto me فاكتبْthen write
فإن رُمْتَ الجوابَ إِليَّ فاكتبْ
علىon العنوانِthe address يُدْفَعُis delivered فيin الكنيفthe privy
على العنوانِ يُدْفَعُ في الكنيف
So if you mean to send me an answer, write
So if you wish to send me a reply, then write
upon the address: “To be shoved into the privy.”
