رَوَيتُمُ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ الهُدى

رَوَيتُمُ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ الهُدى

قالَ اِصطَفى اللَهُ بَني هاشِمِ

قالَ اِصطَفى اللَهُ بَني هاشِمِ

You related that the Prophet of guidance

You have narrated that the Prophet of Guidance

Said, “God chose the sons of Hashim,

Said that Allah chose the Banu Hashim

وَبَيَّنَ الأَخيارَ وَاِختارَني

وَبَيَّنَ الأَخيارَ وَاِختارَني

مِن خَيرِ بَيتٍ جاءَ في العالَمِ

مِن خَيرِ بَيتٍ جاءَ في العالَمِ

And distinguished the virtuous and chose me

And made clear the best and chose me

From the best house to appear in the world.”

From the best house that came into the world

وَبَعدَ ذا دِنتُم بِتَفكيرِهِم

وَبَعدَ ذا دِنتُم بِتَفكيرِهِم

لِتُظهِروا سَبَّ أَبي القاسِمِ

لِتُظهِروا سَبَّ أَبي القاسِمِ

And after this, you professed belief in their thinking,

And after that you followed in their thinking

So as to openly revile Abu al-Qasim,

To show the abuse of my father Al-Qasim

وَذاكَ في إِدخالِ آبائِهِ

وَذاكَ في إِدخالِ آبائِهِ

في لَعنَةِ الكافِرِ وَالظالِمِ

في لَعنَةِ الكافِرِ وَالظالِمِ

And that lies in including his forefathers

And that is in including his fathers

In the curse upon the unbeliever and the wrongdoer.
