لَيسُنَّthere is no فيin خَلقِهِHis creation مُريدٌone who wills سِواهُother than Him
Tell whoever said that the Maker of creatures
Tell those who claim the Maker of all things
has none in His creation who wills but Him:
Has no intentions save what He brings,

Who, do you think, if He wills harm for the servant,
Who do you think when wanting to do ill
comes, within the servant, to hate what He has decreed?
To a servant goes against his will?
اِتَّقواfear (plural imperative) اللَهِGod ذاكَthat أَمرٌa matter مُحالٌimpossible
أَنthat يَرىHe sees ساخِطَresentful of رِضاهُHis pleasure رِضاهُHis pleasure
Fear God! That is an impossible thing:
Fear God, for this is surely untrue,
that He should see His pleasure resenting His pleasure.
That He'd be displeased with what He wills to do.

And if that is not so, then the act is established
And if not so, the act remains intact
as belonging to a servant, and he has lied in his claim.
For the servant, though his claim was false in fact.
