إِذاif اِمتَنَعَis impossible الإِمكانُcontingency إِلّاexcept بِموجَبِthrough a necessitating cause
فَلاthen no مُمكِنٌcontingent being فيin الكَونِthe cosmos إِلّاexcept لَواجِبُfor a necessary being
If contingency is impossible without a necessitating cause,
If possibility depends on its cause
Then no contingent being in the cosmos exists except through a necessary being.
Then there is no possibility in existence but for the Necessary
وَذاand this شاهِدٌa witness لِلحَقِّto the Truth فيin الخَلقِcreation حاضِرٌpresent

And this is a witness to the Truth, present in creation,
This is an evidence for the Truth in creation, being present
Seen by whoever is not absent from it.
Seen by those who are not absent from it
