قُلتُI said عِنديI have وَعِندَكُمand you have عَمَّنfrom the one whom
قُلتُ عِندي وَعِندَكُم عَمَّن
أَوجَبَmade obligatory اللَهُGod فيin الكِتابِthe Book اِتِّباعَهfollowing him
أَوجَبَ اللَهُ في الكِتابِ اِتِّباعَه
I said: I have, as you do, from him
I said, with me and with you, about whom
whom God has enjoined us in the Book to follow,
Allah has ordained in the Book to follow him.
قَولُa saying مَنwhoever فارَقَleft الجَماعَةِthe community مِنّاamong us
قَولُ مَن فارَقَ الجَماعَةِ مِنّا
إِنَّهُindeed he قَدcertainly أَبانَmade clear عَنّاfrom us اِنخِلاعَهhis withdrawal
إِنَّهُ قَد أَبانَ عَنّا اِنخِلاعَه
a saying: “Whoever among us has left the community
The saying of whoever parts from our group,
has indeed made his withdrawal from us clear.”

وَعَلىand upon ذاthis فَكُلُّtherefore every مُنفَرِدٍone standing apart مِنكَمamong you
وَعَلى ذا فَكُلُّ مُنفَرِدٍ مِنكَم
بِقَولٍin an opinion مُخالِفٌopposed لِلجَماعَهto the community
بِقَولٍ مُخالِفٌ لِلجَماعَه
Accordingly, every one of you who stands apart
And so everyone of you who is individualistic
in an opinion is opposed to the community.
With an opinion opposing the group.
