Whenever a living man benefits people, he suffers
When will a living man who causes them harm benefit the people, while the living cling to themselves?

فَماfor ... not تَسحَقِgrind المَروَflint وَالأَكُفُّand the hands وَلاnor الحَصىpebbles

فَإِنso if بورِكَis blessed الخَيرُthe good الَّذيthat أَنتَyou صانِعٌdoing
فَأَهلٌthen deserving وَإِلّاand if not فَالخَطوبُthen calamities مَواحِقُannihilating
So if the good you do is blessed,
Then it deserves that blessing; otherwise, calamities lay waste.
