غِنىً في يَدِ الأَحلامِ لا أَستَفيدُهُ

غِنىً في يَدِ الأَحلامِ لا أَستَفيدُهُ

وَدينٌ عَلى الأَيّامِ لا أَتَقاضاهُ

وَدينٌ عَلى الأَيّامِ لا أَتَقاضاهُ

Wealth in the hand of dreams, from which I gain no benefit;

Riches in the hands of dreams, I gain nothing from.

And a debt owed by the days, which I do not collect.

And debts to days, I do not seek repayment.
