A bounty over which those seeking gifts are made arbiters: when

we wish, we take from it, by our own choice, whatever we wish.

the people's miser judges him cheated in it.

what people recount of the tales of Siffin:

from the uplands of far-off Ankara and Timmin.

So remain safe, to wear them down with raids and send against them

an army, and send the hoped-for Harun after it.
