ذُمَّwas censured (likely intended: then) صَيَّرَتshe directed إِلَيهاto her المُشتَكىthe complaint
And indeed I sent my tears as a witness.
[Then?] she directed the complaint to her.

كُلُّevery مَنone who شاءَwished تَباكىfeigned weeping فَبَكىand so he wept
So she turned away, [then?] said, 'My concern—
anyone who wishes can feign weeping and then weep.'
ياO حَبيباًbeloved لَمdid not أَنَلI attain مِنهُfrom him عَلىdespite
طوليmy length or duration ماwhat قاسَيتُI endured فيهِfor him دَرَكاfulfillment
O beloved, from whom I never attained, despite
my long ordeal—what I endured for him—any fulfillment.
لَيتَwould that شِعريmy knowledge عَنكَabout you هَلdo تَذكُرُنيyou remember me
حينَwhen تَخلوyou are alone مِثلَlike ماthe way that أَذكُرُكاI remember you
Would that I knew about you: do you remember me
when you are alone, as I remember you?
