سُلَيمانُSulayman إِذsince وَلاكَentrusted you with رَبُّكَyour Lord حُكمَناrule over us
سُلَيمانُ إِذ وَلاكَ رَبُّكَ حُكمَنا
وَسُلطانَناand authority over us فاحكُمso judge إِذاwhen قُلتَyou speak وَاعدِلِand be just
وَسُلطانَنا فاحكُم إِذا قُلتَ وَاعدِلِ
Sulayman, since your Lord entrusted you with rule over us
and authority over us, judge when you speak, and be just.
يَؤُمُّleads حَجيجَpilgrims المُسلِمينَthe Muslims ابنُson of فَرتَنىFartana
يَؤُمُّ حَجيجَ المُسلِمينَ ابنُ فَرتَنى
فَهَبso consider ذاكَthat حَجّاًa pilgrimage لَيسَis not بِالمُتَقَبَّلِaccepted
فَهَب ذاكَ حَجّاً لَيسَ بِالمُتَقَبَّلِ
The son of Fartana leads the Muslim pilgrims;
so count that as a pilgrimage that is not accepted.
