وَريحُ أَبي حَفصٍ وَدينُ ابنِ نَوفَلِ

She has ʿAbbād’s beauty and Ibn Wāqid’s body,

She has the beauty of 'Abbad and the body of Ibn Waqid

And Abū Ḥafṣ’s scent and Ibn Nawfal’s faith.

And the fragrance of Abu Hafs and the faith of Ibn Nawfal
