أما الوفاءُ فقد ضَمِنْتُ نِجَازَهُ

أما الوفاءُ فقد ضَمِنْتُ نِجَازَهُ

ولمحتُ نَورَ النُجْحِ في أغصانِهِ

ولمحتُ نَورَ النُجْحِ في أغصانِهِ

As for keeping faith, I have guaranteed its fulfillment;

I have ensured his loyalty will be fulfilled

And I glimpsed the blossoms of success upon its branches.

And glimpsed success's light in its branches

وكذا ضمِنْتُ الشكرَ منه تكلُّفَاً

وكذا ضمِنْتُ الشكرَ منه تكلُّفَاً

حقٌّ عليه لمن يفِي بضَمانِهِ

حقٌّ عليه لمن يفِي بضَمانِهِ

Likewise, I have guaranteed gratitude from him, taking it upon myself—

I have ensured, as his duty, he will thank me

A duty he owes to whoever honors his guarantee.

It's owed to one who keeps their guarantee
