الفتحُ منتظمٌ والدهرُ مبتسمُ

الفتحُ منتظمٌ والدهرُ مبتسمُ

وظلُّ شمسِ المعالي كلهُ نِعَمُ

وظلُّ شمسِ المعالي كلهُ نِعَمُ

Victory comes in orderly succession, and time smiles.

Victory is systematic, and time smiles,

And the shade of Shams al-Ma'ali is all blessings.

And the shadow of the sun of glories is all blessing.

والعدلُ منبسطٌ والحقُّ مُرْتَجَعٌ

والعدلُ منبسطٌ والحقُّ مُرْتَجَعٌ

والشِّعْبُ ملتئمٌ والجورُ مُصْطَلَمُ

والشِّعْبُ ملتئمٌ والجورُ مُصْطَلَمُ

And justice spreads, and right is restored.

Justice is widespread, and truth is restored,

And the rift is healed, and oppression uprooted.

And the people are united, and tyranny is suppressed.

ألقتْ مقاليدَها الدنيا إلى مَلِكٍ

ألقتْ مقاليدَها الدنيا إلى مَلِكٍ

ما زال وقفاً عليهِ المجدُ والكرمُ

ما زال وقفاً عليهِ المجدُ والكرمُ

The world has yielded its keys to a king

The world has surrendered its reins to a king,

For whom glory and generosity have always been reserved:

Glory and generosity still stand for him.

شمسِ المعالي وغيث المشرقين ومَنْ

شمسِ المعالي وغيث المشرقين ومَنْ

به يتيهُ العُلى والمُلْكُ والحشَمُ

به يتيهُ العُلى والمُلْكُ والحشَمُ

Shams al-Ma'ali, rain for the two easts, and one

The sun of glories, the rain of the two holy sites, the one

In whom high glory, kingship, and the retinue take pride.

Through whom grandeur, kingdom and modesty are lost.

هو الإِمامُ هو القَرْمُ الهمام هو ال

هو الإِمامُ هو القَرْمُ الهمام هو ال

بَدْرُ التمامُ هو الصمصامُ والعلمُ

بَدْرُ التمامُ هو الصمصامُ والعلمُ

He is the imam, he is the noble, valiant chief, he is the

He is the Imam, the zealous hero, the

full moon in its fullness; he is the keen-edged sword and the banner.

Full moon of perfection, the resolute and the banner.

هو الغمامُ الذي تُخشى صواعقُهُ

هو الغمامُ الذي تُخشى صواعقُهُ

قهراً وترجُو نداه العُرْبُ والعَجَمُ

قهراً وترجُو نداه العُرْبُ والعَجَمُ

He is the rain cloud whose thunderbolts are feared

He is the cloud, whose lightning is feared

For their crushing force; Arabs and non-Arabs hope for his bounty.

By force, and its brightness is hoped for by Arabs and non-Arabs.

هو المقيمُ وقد سارَتْ مآثِرُهُ

هو المقيمُ وقد سارَتْ مآثِرُهُ

كأنَّ علياهُ من دنياهُ تنتظِمُ

كأنَّ علياهُ من دنياهُ تنتظِمُ

He stays in place, though his glorious deeds have traveled,

He is the establisher, and his achievements

As though his lofty glory were strung together from his earthly life.

Have proceeded as if his loftiness was systematic from his world.

والماءُ من جودِهِ المبذولِ منسَكِبٌ

والماءُ من جودِهِ المبذولِ منسَكِبٌ

والنارُ من بأسِهِ المرهوبِ تضطرمُ

والنارُ من بأسِهِ المرهوبِ تضطرمُ

And water pours from his freely bestowed generosity.

Water from his abundant generosity overflows,

And fire blazes from his dreaded might.

And fire from his feared might blazes.

والأرضُ من صدرِهِ والريحُ من يدِهِ

والأرضُ من صدرِهِ والريحُ من يدِهِ

والرَّوْضُ من خُلْقِهِ للخَلقِ يبتسمُ

والرَّوْضُ من خُلْقِهِ للخَلقِ يبتسمُ

And earth is from his breast, and wind from his hand.

The earth is from his chest, the wind from his hand,

And through his character, the meadow smiles upon creation.

And the meadow from his creation smiles at the creation.

اللهُ جارُكَ يا مَنْ جارُ حضرتِهِ

اللهُ جارُكَ يا مَنْ جارُ حضرتِهِ

يلقى السعودَ عليه الدهرَ تزدَحِمُ

يلقى السعودَ عليه الدهرَ تزدَحِمُ

God is your protector, O you whose court's neighbor

O you whose neighbor is his Excellency’s sanctuary,

Finds good fortunes crowding upon him throughout time.

You will meet eternal success crowded upon you.

أَبْشِرْ فقد جاءَ نصر الله مُؤْتَنِفاً

أَبْشِرْ فقد جاءَ نصر الله مُؤْتَنِفاً

وعاشرَ الفتحَ منشوراً لهُ عَلَمُ

وعاشرَ الفتحَ منشوراً لهُ عَلَمُ

Rejoice, for God's help has come anew,

Receive good news, for God's victory has come renewed

And has joined the conquest, its banner unfurled.

And the tenth conquest has lived with a flag raised for it.

يا مَنْ إذا اعتصَمَتْ صيدُ الملوكِ بهِ

يا مَنْ إذا اعتصَمَتْ صيدُ الملوكِ بهِ

أمسى وأصبحَ بالرحمنِ يعتصِمُ

أمسى وأصبحَ بالرحمنِ يعتصِمُ

O you who, when proud kings seek refuge in you,

O you, if the prey of kings seek refuge in him,

Seek refuge in the All-Merciful, evening and morning.

He spends the night and morning by the Merciful protected.

أَبْلِ الجديدينِ بالعمرِ الجديدِ ودُمْ

أَبْلِ الجديدينِ بالعمرِ الجديدِ ودُمْ

للملكِ يخدِمُكَ التوفيقُ والقَسَمُ

للملكِ يخدِمُكَ التوفيقُ والقَسَمُ

Wear out day and night with renewed life, and remain

Inform the new comers with the new age, and let

For kingship, with success and allotted fortune serving you.

Success and destiny serve you.
