وقصرِ مُلْكٍ ترى كلَّ الجمالِ بهِ

وأَسْعُدُ الدَّهْرِ تبدو من جوانِبِه

And a royal palace in which you see all beauty,

In a palace of rulership you see all beauty

And the good fortunes of time appear from its sides,

And the happiest of eras appears in its aspects

كأنَّما جنَّةُ الفِرْدَوْسِ قد نَزَلَتْ

كأنَّما جنَّةُ الفِرْدَوْسِ قد نَزَلَتْ

إلى خَوَارِزْمَ تعجيلاً لصاحِبِه

إلى خَوَارِزْمَ تعجيلاً لصاحِبِه

As though the Garden of Paradise had descended

As if the garden of Paradise had descended

To Khwarazm, ahead of time for its owner.

To Khwarezm, hastening for its lord
