The outspread earth gained honor through you after

The vast earth was ennobled by you after

you were made to dwell in it, and the regions grew radiant.

You dwelled in it and the regions shone clear.

So the earth where you dwelt is a paradise,

So the earth where you stayed became a paradise,

And the earth you departed from is fire.

And the earth you departed from became fire.
