إلاّ الحمدُ للهِ حمداً كثيراً

إلاّ الحمدُ للهِ حمداً كثيراً

وليِّ المحامدِ ربّاً غفورا

وليِّ المحامدِ ربّاً غفورا

Only praise be to God—abundant praise,

Nothing but abundant praise is for Allah

Possessor of all praiseworthy qualities, an all-forgiving Lord.

The Forgiving Lord, to whom all praise is due

هداني إليه فوحَّدتُه

هداني إليه فوحَّدتُه

وأخلَصْتُ توحيَده المستنيرا

وأخلَصْتُ توحيَده المستنيرا

He guided me to Himself, so I affirmed His oneness,

He guided me to Him, so I declared His Oneness

And made sincere my radiant profession of His oneness.

And sincerely acknowledged His enlightened Unity
