يا آل ياسينَ يا ثِقاتي

يا آل ياسينَ يا ثِقاتي

أنتم مَواليَّ في حياتي

أنتم مَواليَّ في حياتي

O family of Yasin, O my trusted ones,

O Ahl al-Bayt, O my trusted friends

You are my patrons throughout my life.

You are my supporters in my life

وعُدّني إذ دنتْ وفاتي

وعُدّني إذ دنتْ وفاتي

بِكمْ لَديّ مَحشري نَجاتي

بِكمْ لَديّ مَحشري نَجاتي

And count me when my death draws near.

And you promised me, as my death approached

Through you, I have salvation at my resurrection gathering,

With you lies my salvation on the Day of Judgement

إذا يفصِلُ الحاكُم القضاءَ

إذا يفصِلُ الحاكُم القضاءَ

أَبرا إليكم من الأعادي

أَبرا إليكم من الأعادي

When the Judge delivers judgment.

When the Judge renders his judgement

To you I declare my disavowal of the enemies:

I will disavow those who were my enemies

من آلِ حربٍ ومن زيادِ

من آلِ حربٍ ومن زيادِ

وآل مروانَ ذي العَتادِ

وآل مروانَ ذي العَتادِ

Of the house of Harb and of Ziyad,

The family of Harb and the family of Ziyad

And the house of Marwan, possessor of armaments,

And the family of Marwan, known for their weapons

وأولِ الناسِ في العنادِ

وأولِ الناسِ في العنادِ

مجاهر أظهَر البَراءَ

مجاهر أظهَر البَراءَ

And the foremost among people in defiance.

And the foremost people in obstinacy

An open proclaimer who has made disavowal clear.

Who openly declared dissociation
