    يحاكى نبت عارضه الأنيق

    A sideburn-like line of cupping marks on a gazelle's shank

    Resembles the graceful growth upon his cheek.

  2. فهذا كالزمرد في اخضرار

    وهذا في احمرارٍ كالعقيق

    So the one is like emerald in its greenness,

    And the other, in its redness, like carnelian.
