  1. حبيبي في عيونك ذي مرايا الشوق تتنقل

    تتوهني وتبهرني وترسم لي الطريق أطول

    My beloved, in these eyes of yours, the mirrors of longing drift.

    They lead me astray and dazzle me, and draw a longer road for me.

  2. أعيش فيها وأنسيها من الأول

    وياما في مرايا الشوق طوّفنا

    I live in them and forget them from the beginning.

    And how often we have wandered through the mirrors of longing,

  3. نجوس العمر، نحلّق فوق

    ويا نار احرقي هذي المرايا الزرق

    We roam through life, soaring high.

    And, O fire, burn these blue mirrors.

  4. أغني الحب واتأمل

    وكان قلبي معي يرحل

    I sing of love and reflect,

    And my heart was journeying with me.

  5. ورغم البعد

    رغم النار والأشواق بانوصل

    And despite the distance,

    Despite the fire and the yearnings, we will arrive.

  6. وبانلقى أكيدالآتي من أيامنا أجمل

    سلامتها عيونك من مرايا الشوق

    And we will surely find our days ahead more beautiful.
