    I sang of her:

    Aden, Bayhan, and Sana'a,

A promise overflowing with wishes, dreams, and a spring.

From the river of her eyes we drank love,

At the two festivals, as rhythm and beat.

Eve in my homeland is ceaseless giving:

A crop that grew tall in the gardens,

And in the factories, excelled in workmanship.

    Amid hardships,

She was steadfast and still is,

And remains a palm tree, soaring with little fronds and blossoms.

I sang of her at the festival as the epic of epics.

I sang of her as a green olive tree,

So the joys of feasting spread across both halves.

    She gives life continuity,

    Stretching on as a song,

Which the summits echo at dawn,

And the Tihama lowlands pour into my eyes.

  10. أروى

    Arwa,

Her noble deeds greet me in the morning,

Her beacons greet me in the evening,

    So the seasons revive.

Welcome to your festival, leafy and new,

In it, smiles have grown lush.

  13. أروى

    Arwa,

    The life of our life,

    Her songs spread shade,

    And a surge of tenderness

Made calamities and the impossible bleed,

    Enriched our nights with light,

    And ripened into dewy hope.

Radiant, it comes to our processions,

And we love it as struggle.

Glide gracefully, a tall figure at the festival,

    And stand upright in majesty,

    And tower above the stars,

    Forever a radiant brow

    That captivates the crescent moon.
