عَلَيكَ بِآياتِ الشِّفَاءِ فَإِنَّهَا

عَلَيكَ بِآياتِ الشِّفَاءِ فَإِنَّهَا

جَلِيلَةُ نَفعٍ وَهيَ خَيرُ وِقَايَةِ

جَلِيلَةُ نَفعٍ وَهيَ خَيرُ وِقَايَةِ

Hold fast to the verses of healing, for they are

Take the verses of healing, for they

Of great benefit and are the best protection.

Are of great benefit and the best protection.

خُذهَا عَلَى التَّرتِيبِ آية تَوبة

خُذهَا عَلَى التَّرتِيبِ آية تَوبة

وَيُونس وَالنَّحل الصَّرِيحِ بِمَدحَةِ

وَيُونس وَالنَّحل الصَّرِيحِ بِمَدحَةِ

Take them in order: the verse of Tawbah,

Take them in order, the verse of repentance,

And Yunus and al-Nahl, explicit in praise,

And Jonah, and the Bee with its clear eulogy.

وَآيَةُ إسراء مَعَ الشُّعَرايَا

وَآيَةُ إسراء مَعَ الشُّعَرايَا

مُرِيدَ الشِّفَاءِ مَع فُصِّلَت بِالكِتَابَةِ

مُرِيدَ الشِّفَاءِ مَع فُصِّلَت بِالكِتَابَةِ

And the verse of Isra along with al-Shu‘ara, O

The verse from Night Journey, with the Shua'ra,

Seeker of healing, with Fussilat, in writing.

Whoever seeks healing, with the separations written down.
