قَدْ أخَذَ المُسْلِمُونَ عَكاً

قَدْ أخَذَ المُسْلِمُونَ عَكاً

وَأَشْبَعوا الكافِرِينَ صَكا

وَأَشْبَعوا الكافِرِينَ صَكا

The Muslims have indeed taken Acre,

And given the unbelievers their fill of blows.

وساقَ سُلْطَانُنَا إلَيْهِمْ

وساقَ سُلْطَانُنَا إلَيْهِمْ

خَيْلاً تَدُّكُّ الجِبَالَ دَكَّا

خَيْلاً تَدُّكُّ الجِبَالَ دَكَّا

And our sultan drove toward them

Horses that pound the mountains to rubble.

وَأَقْسَمَ التُّرْكُ مِنْذُ سارَتْ

وَأَقْسَمَ التُّرْكُ مِنْذُ سارَتْ

لا تَرَكُوا لِلْفُرَنجِ مُلْكا

لا تَرَكُوا لِلْفُرَنجِ مُلْكا

And the Turks swore, from the moment the horses set out,

They would leave the Franks no dominion.
