لها في لحظها لحظاتُ حَتفٍ

لها في لحظها لحظاتُ حَتفٍ

تُميتُ بها وتُحيي مَن تُريدُ

تُميتُ بها وتُحيي مَن تُريدُ

In her gaze are glances of death.

Her glance has moments of deadly fate,

With them she kills and gives life to whomever she wishes.

Through it she kills and gives life to whom she will.

فإن غضبت رأيتَ الناس قتلى

فإن غضبت رأيتَ الناس قتلى

وإن ضحكت فأرواحٌ تعودُ

وإن ضحكت فأرواحٌ تعودُ

For if she grows angry, you see the people slain;

When angry, people seem like corpses before her,

And if she laughs, then souls return.

When she smiles, souls return from the dead.

وتَسبي العالمينَ بمُقلَتَيها

وتَسبي العالمينَ بمُقلَتَيها

كأنَّ العالَمين لها عبيد

كأنَّ العالَمين لها عبيد

And she takes all humankind captive with her two eyes,

She enslaves both worlds with her eyelashes

As though all humankind were her slaves.

As if both worlds were her slaves.
