وَسَمَّينا الأَطايِبَ مِن قُرَيشٍ

وَسَمَّينا الأَطايِبَ مِن قُرَيشٍ

عَلى كَرَمٍ فَلاطَ بِنا وَطابا

عَلى كَرَمٍ فَلاطَ بِنا وَطابا

And we named the finest among Quraysh,

We have named the virtuous ones from Quraysh

for generosity that clung to us and was pleasing.

With generosity, so they have excelled and become pure

وَأَيُّ الخَيرِ لَم نُسبَق إِلَيهِ

وَأَيُّ الخَيرِ لَم نُسبَق إِلَيهِ

وَلَم نَفتَح بِهِ لِلناسِ بابا

وَلَم نَفتَح بِهِ لِلناسِ بابا

And what good were we not outstripped in reaching,

And which good have we not been the first to obtain

and through which did we not open a door for people?

And which have we not opened for the people a door
