يا مَن رأى النعمان كان حَيَرا
منof كُلِّevery شَئthing صالحٍgood قدindeed أكثراhe amassed much
من كُلِّ شَئ صالحٍ قد أكثرا
O you who saw al-Nuʿmān—he was bountiful;
O you who saw Al-Nu'man bewildered
He had amassed much of every good thing.
