There is no healer for the wounds within the heart.
So endure despair, O you who face despair.
ماhow أَسمَجَloathsome الناسَpeople فيin عَينيmy eye وَأَقبَحَهُمand how ugly they are

How loathsome people are to my eye, and how ugly,
when I look and do not see you among the people.

draw fire, if you wish, from my heart with a measuring rod.

Were I to call an ibex as I call to you,
it would surely come to me from the heights of a towering, firmly rooted mountain.
