    I am away from you with a love unchanged

    By a distant dwelling or any turn of time.

    وإِن أَمُت فَقَتيلُ الهَمِّ وَالحَزَنِ

    So if I live, perhaps time will bring us together;

    And if I die, I shall be slain by worry and sorrow.

    God has made what she did beautiful in my eyes,

    So that I see as beautiful what is not beautiful.

    She pleads being too busy for us; she does not write to us,

    Yet it is the heart that is busy, not the body.
