As they fed one another amid lush greenery—
As we enjoyed together in lush greenness
Two ring-necked doves, listening intently after cooing.
Wearing grape vine rings after singing

And she had given me sweet saliva to drink, free of staleness,
She served me a drink without a refined cup
Like musk sprinkled over the juice of grape clusters,
Like musk poured on grape juice

A wine-mixer, his village's headman, brought it at dawn,
It was mixed by a village tavern keeper
Fiery in color, in a goblet and a wine vessel.
And the color guide in a cup and wrap

If you hear of a miser's death, say:
If you hear of the death of a miser, say
Away with him, far away—a man dead and gone!
"Perish! May he be far from a destroying loved one."
