يا مَن قالَ الوَرى لِما غَدَت

يا مَن قالَ الوَرى لِما غَدَت

عَينُ الزَمانِ بِنورِ مَظهَرِهِ تَسود

عَينُ الزَمانِ بِنورِ مَظهَرِهِ تَسود

O you of whom all people said, as

O you who said to the world when the eye of time

The eye of time came to reign through the light of his appearance:

Was darkened by the light of your appearance

رَب السَعادَة وَالسِيادَة وَالعُلا

رَب السَعادَة وَالسِيادَة وَالعُلا

لا زالَ بابُكَ كَعبَة كَراكِل الوُجود

لا زالَ بابُكَ كَعبَة كَراكِل الوُجود

"Lord of happiness, sovereignty, and eminence."

Lord of happiness, sovereignty and supremacy

May your gate ever remain a Kaaba for the [unclear word] of existence.

Your door remains like the Kaaba, goal of all existence

أَلبَستَ فَرق العَصر تيجان البَها

أَلبَستَ فَرق العَصر تيجان البَها

حَتّى غَدا لَكَ شاكِراً كُل الوُجود

حَتّى غَدا لَكَ شاكِراً كُل الوُجود

You adorned the age’s crown with diadems of splendor,

You adorned the leaders of the age with crowns

Until all existence became grateful to you.

So that all of existence became thankful to you

لا زِلتَ في أُفقِ المَعالي كَوكَباً

لا زِلتَ في أُفقِ المَعالي كَوكَباً

يَقضي عَلى الدُنيا سَناؤُكَ بِالسُعود

يَقضي عَلى الدُنيا سَناؤُكَ بِالسُعود

May you ever remain a star on the horizon of eminence,

You remain in the horizon of glories like a star

Your radiance ordaining good fortune for the world.

Your good fortune rules the world with happiness

وَبَقيتَ في شَرَفِ وَمَجد باهِر

وَبَقيتَ في شَرَفِ وَمَجد باهِر

تَسموا مَواكِبُهُ عَلى رَغمِ الحَسود

تَسموا مَواكِبُهُ عَلى رَغمِ الحَسود

And may you remain in honor and dazzling glory,

And you remained with evident glory and honor

Whose processions rise high despite the envious one.

Your processions rise above despite the envious
